Someone let it slip that I had a birthday.      {You rat!!!   ;-) }

I did!!    ...on Monday.

Thank you all for your nice messages.  I finally reached the grand old age of 39. 
Well....maybe a little more than that.  But I'm still 25 inside, and I don't have any
intention of getting any older than that.

Eva and I took a nice drive up the California coast from San Francisco, up to Bodega Bay
(started late, at 1 pm), and then we drove up the Russian River highway to Santa Rosa,
and back home through the Napa Valley.  I've never been up the north coast of California,
mostly because it is so foggy, and also because the road is slow.  But this was a nice
day, and we weren't in a hurry.  The Lowrider rewarded me with 26+ mpg, with the a/c on,
and Eva rewarded me with a ribs and salmon dinner (with cornbread) at Marie Callender's.

Dessert was banana cream pie.
