[Shotimes] All-Season tires

[Mark Kelley]

You made the assumption that I meant cheap as in sub-standard.  I meant
cheap as in in-expensive as compared to Goodyear brand tires.  I've had
Kelly tires on some of my vehicles in the past.  They're fairly good tires
for the price.  Nothing special but not bad either.
