[Shotimes] Multi-function stalk and outer air box

Fixed my father's multi-function stalk in his 94 Mustang today... He was
experiencing the same symptoms as our MFS does. Turns out it's the same
(or almost the same) part.. He was very uneasy about my disassembling it
(first one I've done, actually) and got even more nervous about the
various bits and springs that fell out :) We ended up cleaning off the
green dielectric grease and oxidized copper from the contacts and I put
new grease on and put it back together.. It pretty much worked the first
try, I had to give the flash to pass position a good "crack" into place
because the stalk's paddle wasn't quite aligned with the switch inside.
Works great otherwise and I'm the hero :)

On another note, I removed the rest of the outer air box today. Mostly
due to the flow data published earlier a few weeks ago. It "seems" to
pull harder and accelerate faster but it could just be that it's louder.
It seems like it could suck errant jay-walkers in through the fender! :)
