[Shotimes] Idle problem

Try cleaning the idle air valve aka the IAB aka ISC, then have the computer
relearn the idle strategy.

Instructions for the valve are at www.shotimes.com under "Care and Feeding".

Some valves are cleanable, some aren't and have to be replaced.

About 55 bucks at AutoZone for a Wells SU242.
