[Shotimes] ***New Neon (OT)***

[Paul L Fisher]

I'm not sure who is right but Autoweek says top speed 148 (limited by
computer), and it isn't a Neon. Doesn't have a Neon badge on it. In
addition, they said that the spoilers are functional, not just for looks.
