Actually that was one of the reasons I liked it;  it got all 8's except for 2 - 7's in snow traction (7.2) and tire wear(7.8) and the 7.2 in snow traction was the highest of the lower priced tires.  I figured there had to be some downside to them being inexpensive.  Who knows...
