Don't forget to sue them for the court and lawyer fee's also. Mention this
to them before taking them to court, explain that they WILL be held
responsible since it was on their property, and they could either pay it now
and pay less, or pay later and pay a LOT more. They will automatically lose
if they go to court since it was on their property and your vehicle was left
in THEIR responsibility. If they really want to fight the issue let them
know they're going to pay more for it in the long run anyway.
