Happens here in Dallas also.  Several got pancaked in a full size SUV when they swerved on the freeway and the big whale of an SUV didn't respond to their commands.  If they were in my SHO they would still be alive.

Our age to get permits is going up also, but not soon enough for my 14 year old daughter.  She'll be eligible at 15.
