[Shotimes] (OT) Forbe's article about Ford

While true, the Euro Accord will be an "entry" level car, but it's entry
level is for Acura. It won't be a $15k entry level, but close to $20k,
which is the price of a mid-level 4-cylinder Accord (the UK Accord 2.0i VTEC
SE bases at 15k quid, just a guestimate should place it around $20k US for
US sale). Not too entry level :-) I would also guestimate it would shadow
the pricing for an RSX (base $19,975 up to $23,270, base Type-S). The
Euro-spec Accord dimensions are: 183.7"L, 69.3"W, 57.1"H, with a 105.1"
wheelbase (slots nicely between the US Civic and Accord sedans). While it
is smaller than our "mid-size", it is larger than an "entry" level sedan,
and has a nice niche if people feel the Civic is too small for them, and the
current Accord is too large (my wife thinks this way, but don't ask why she
likes her smaller 325, you know how women can be).
Which brings me right back to the notion that the Gen1/2 Taurus has the
"perfect" overall dimensions, just needs a little longer wheelbase :-)
