True, but. A friend of mine just had his extended warranty voided
because his Dodge Durango had oversized tires on it. It was in the shop
for a heater core replacement. The warranty company basically told him
see you in court. Of course they know he is not going to pay a lawyer
thousands of dollars to make them pay a $750 bill. And no one is going
to make them pay unless he spends thousands of dollars. By the way the
tires were on the vehicle when he purchased it.

Yes it is Federal law, but unfortunately you have to pay the cost of
enforcing it.
