The dealer that sold him the Durango was a Pontiac dealer and the
extended warranty was some off brand warranty that they no longer sell
because of complaints. They sent him to a Dodge dealer for the work.
After the warranty work was rejected the Pontiac dealer shuffled a lot
of numbers, put him in a 2002 Z71 at 0% ;) interest. He is appeased and
I am not even going to show him on paper how much he got screwed, some
things are better left along.
