[Shotimes] Shaking at speed

Fellow SHO officals I need a little help.  I have in the last few montths 
had my front lower control arms replaced and had an alignment done at that 
time.  Also a couple of weeks ago I got new tires.  Just the other day 
though I noticed that when I reach about 75mph the car beings to shake it 
feels like up and down.  What do you suspect is the problem?  Tires, 
alignment, or a suspension problem?  I know that this is hard to diagnose 
over the net, but I am hoping for some one who may have experineced this 
previously.  Any help would be great.
