[Shotimes] Painting (was Timing Belt/Misc.)

My experience (mostly bad) is such that the place you work in is every bit
as important as any technique.  Flying bugs, dust, a slight breeze, will
lead to disaster.  Also the paint is a major factor; the last job I did used
Imron; although extremely expensive being 2-part it dries quickly with less
exposure to airborne contaminants.
