[Shotimes] GM rear control arms: Group Buy

I think that we are up to 12 people and 56 arms so far. I am going to
give it a day or so to continue to generate interest and then I will
contact different vendors and see what who can do and for what price.
I'll let everyone know in a few days.

Like others I had trouble finding the correct part number.

Would like a group buy, since there would likely be enough numbers to
