You are back to the OEM Ford standard with only one adjustable control arm
per side. With the OEM set-up you can only adjust a limited amount of toe,
not camber.
Maybe you could leave the OEM adjustable arm on and add another adjustable
arm with the GM unit, but there would not likely be enough adjustment
available to get it where you wanted it. When both lower arms have a far
range of adjustability, you can set the toe, camber, and even the caster to
where ever you want it.
