[Shotimes] E-Brake Springs

Do the springs on the calipers not provide tension on the cable? They are
trying to pull the cable out of the calipers, no? I didn't think you were
asking about the spring that takes up the slack on the cable. IIRC, there's
a few on the cable itself under the car, and a spring on the pedal, right?
Maybe I'm just "springing" to conclusions here...
