[Shotimes] A few ?'s

First time in a LONG time back on the list.

Wife got a new Explorer ... that means I upgraded to our '91 SHO (I mean
the upgraded part, won't admit to what I was driving before).

147k, new clutch from the SHO shop yesterday.

Checked SHOtimes FAQ ... no luck.

Anyway:

It rained for the first time in ... ?  Light to medium.  Passenger's side
floor SOAKED ... puddle.  Peeled back the carpet, seemed to be coming from
under the dash ... NOT antifreeze.  ? Ventillation intake drain tubing?
Windshield weatherstripping?  Any ideas?

Old problem:  foot under the brake pedal to "unstick" brakes.  Something
in the distant past about bigger &/or stronger return spring?  All
appropriate disclaimers apply to any replies.

Heater A/C fan:  controls temps fine but only works on fan full blast.  If
on AUTO, it comes on randomly every 1 to 5 minutes for 5 seconds to a
minute.  Same behavior in any mode.  New controller?

There will be more.  References to FAQ's or web pages would also be
appreciated.
