They use ceramic in the Raybestos QuietStop line of pads. I recently put
these on the AWA's '98 Sable, front and rear. They work well. No noise and
virtually no dusting. By far the cleanest pads I've ever used. I doubt
they have the stopping power of the Raybestos BruteStop, PFCM, and other
versions of carbon pads, but they're nice to use on a "regular" car.
