[Shotimes] removing steering limiters

I had an idea. Since I'm running rims with a..damn, now I can't 
remember...38mm or 42mm offset..anyway... i think that they are further 
away from the hub, especially with the wilwood hats...do I need the 
rack limiters? I could probably get better lock to lock turning ratio 
without them, right?

something I probably won't do, but its an idea...Might be interesting 
to see if the change is dramatic or not.
