[Shotimes] What is this?

So somebody took a '93 Taurus SHO, thought it wasn't obscure enough,
stretched it, didn't like the body shape, put a stretched "Ferrari" body on
it, and is now trying to sell it for an ungodly sum of money.  Does that
about cover it?

Somebody shoot me now (not later), I think I've seen it all.
