[Shotimes] Ran 15.83 at 90.96 MPH

My old '91 I used to have, with little more than a K&N panel filter and the distinct lack of mufflers and I were able to pull a 14.92 at 92 MPH using nothing more than these two rules; launch it at about 3K when that last yellow light comes on and have about 21 lbs of pressure in those front tires.
