Here is your issue, you should be in the 2.1-2.3 60' range.

I don't know what type of tires you have, or what the wheel/tire combo
weighs (if it's over 40#s, it will be slower than stock). Try 30-35 #s in
the front, put 50-60 #s in the rear. Try launching somewhere in the
2,500-3,500 range. When you let up the clutch, do NOT stab the gas pedal,
don't give it any more gas until the tires start to "catch".

Don't worry about your reaction time (r/t), it doesn't affect your ET
anyway, just work on getting a good launch.

15.83 it was 2.634
16.67 it was 3.091
17.03 it was 2.704
