I would have to disagree with tires going out of round on one type of car. I suspect the tires/wheels are balanced fine, but the drivetrain may be out of whack. It sounds like you need the Crazy George balancing class - found in your course manual as class SHO241 - "Intro to Dynamic Drivetrain Balancing"
