Josh:
I have fought this in both of my SHO's. I have also warped my 96 upgrade on
my 93 ATX! The wife's 93 ATX has the stock size rotors and I have changed
out several sets, but I followed some suggestions from the list and got the
last set cryogenically treated. This has worked for the last 30K miles or
so. Cost about $50 for the pair to be treated. These guys were very good to
deal with and even had the rotors delivered to their shop after I called and
ordered them from the parts place! Only pay shipping one way! Take a look if
you have not considered this before:

I have followed your brake problems but what was the last thing to be
replaced? I have replaced the master cylinder due to a soft pedal with no
change. Car stops OK but pedal does not feel as firm as my other SHO which
has SS brake lines. Maybe that is the entire difference?
