[Shotimes] Shock/Strut Question

Ok...call me stupid if you want...

My 92 needs struts and shocks.  I go to the local Western Auto to get an
estimate (I got one earlier from the Ford dealer).  WA tells me that
there is no difference in SLO and SHO shocks/struts "according to the
book."  How much BS is that?  Surely there is a difference.  Make fun of
me, but you experts need to tell me to tell them that they're full of
s&*t...
