[Shotimes] New problem (ON topic)

'91 - 147k.  The car randomly runs like it's on three cylinders, does it
for 2 -
5 minutes and then runs normal again.  Done it about 3 times in the last
week.  Tach seems to be too low for what I usually get at comparable speed
in particular gear.

Started since I had the clutch done.  One other thing noted that they (or
I) didn't have time to fix was a power steering leak.

Could they have forgotten to connect something?  Could the power sterring
fluid be leaking on a sensor.  Is it just time for something to go?  Any
ideas?

Well call the shop that did the work too, see if they have any ideas.
