[Shotimes] CE Light comes on after WOT

Hey guys,

Thanks to everyone who gave me the pointers on replacing the valve cover and oil plug gaskets.  It was my first job on the car since I bought it.  It didn't go as easy as I hoped, but the damn car started right up at the end, so it ended well.
As you can see from the subject line, I am still having one problem.  I did the intake EGR valve cleaning mentioned in the FAQs before I put everything back together this weekend, thinking dirt was the problem, but I guess that wasn't it.  It only happens when I stomp on the gas.  If I accelerate briskly, up to about 5000 RPM's it won't come on.  It's only when I pass five grand that it comes on.  And then after a few seconds, it goes away.  I can get it to repeat this behavior all day.  I haven't run the self tests yet because I have been unable to find the connector. 
Any ideas would be appreciated.
