[Shotimes] NEED HELP, clutch problem!!!

Ok so it goes like this! I cannot get my car in gear unless I push the blue 
ajustment thing on the clutch pedal assembly. If I pull on the clutch pedal, 
I reset itself and then again I cant get it in gear.(Feels like the disc is 
not clearing the flywheel or something!! So I'd like to know what you guys 
think about it(what needs to be change?)Will I need to have the Flywheel 
resurfaced?? Can I have lighten at the same time?? If yes by how much???Plus 
I found a guy who sells a valeo clutch kit (brand new in its box) for a 91. 
Mine is a 92, does it fit??? So hopefully, you guys will be able to help me,
