[Shotimes] Way OT: fdisk and format

I am building my g/f's computer here and I plan to install XP on it.
Ummm..I managed to find a single floppy disk to create a startup disk (I
am a CD-R kinda guy) but I need format and fdisk so I can format her
harddrive (ok, no comments please) I looked around my copy of XP and
can't find them. How and where can I go about finding them so I can
finish this thing?

By the way, I am extremely jealous of her system
