[Shotimes] Way OT: fdisk and format

XP is basically CD dependent-only. If you change your
bootup sequence in your system BIOS at  bootup to
detect teh drive with the XP CD in it, you can do
everything immediately without the hassle of dealing
with slow floppy disks again.
