[Shotimes] Running large power wire

Hey SHO'ers w/ audio systems,

Where is the ideal place to drill under the hood so
that I can run 1/0 awg power wire?  Should I just cut
into the soft black rubber grommet (4 lack of better
word) on the left hand side and seal w/ caulk?
