I agree about the 1/0 wire. Way overkill. If you truly need that kind of
power then a second industrial battery and a dual charging system is in
order. Which ever you do you are going to add a 50 - 100 lbs to the car in
the end.
A high quality 4 ga wire can carry more juice than your alternator can make.
