i have a red 95 mtx that i bought a little over 3 months ago and i've been finding a few things on it that are kinda scaring me,, from my conversations with the last owner, i gathered that he wasn't the self-repair type, and he had paid shops to do all the work on the car,, over the past few months thru messing with the car and replacing things, i've noticed several odd things such as missing screws, shards of window glass under the back seat, slightly differing door panels with missing insulation (he'd never had a system in it supposedly), and the paint on one side seems somewhat brighter than the paint on the other,, to top that off, the keys on my last SHO worked like this: one key unlocked the car and turned it on, one key was for the trunk,, on my new SHO, one key unlocks the car, and one bootleg key that has only one groove in it turns the car on,, there is no trunk key,, this is really leaving me wondering about this car,, the last owner bought it when it was a little over a year old, and he got a "really good" deal on it, which is why he decided to buy it,, is there anyone with an unlimited carfax account that could possibly run the VIN numbers for me?
