[Shotimes] 91 Won't stalls, no start

Well, thought I had this solved with new starting/charging components, 
but apparently I have other issues.  Sometimes it starts fine, drives 
fine, and everything is OK, but other times it will die for no 
apparent reason and then not start back up.  After stalling, it turns 
over like normal, but never fires up.  I can come back to it later and 
it will work.  

Am I looking at CPS here?
How much does a CPS, H20 Pump, T-Belts, Seal job run at a mechanic?
Anybody in Chicago area have time to help a poor depressed soul out 
with this job?
