GM sells a 3.4 OHV crate motor, which is meant as a replacement for the 2.8
in Blazers, etc. Not a top performer, but it could be a nice motor ahead of
the ATX. Good torque, and a few mods could help it out. Much like the SHO,
as few engine mods that increase torque would be nice, as well as get the
car solidly into the 14s. Then spend the $$$ on suspension and brake pieces.

And both of them are fake Fiat 1.9's, or fake Porsche 914, or ...

I think an interesting car would be a Fiero with the GM DOHC 3.4L engine.
Probably a near drop-in.
