[Shotimes] OT- Fiero conversions

The Syclones/Typhoons used turbos.  Even without a turbo, I think a 4.3
could still be quick.  Edelbrock has a Performer Package for the 4.3, and the
2.8.  The 4.3 with the full package makes a peak of 240 hp at 3,000 rpm.  That
would make for a nice boulevard cruiser.

I forgot about the Northstar- that would be a neat engine for a Fiero.  I wouldn't mind that engine in my GenIII even.  (At least it has REAL cams.)

The 4.3 V6 could make some significant power, remembering the Typhoon/Cyclone models from not long ago.
