Did you clear the old codes before? Just disconnect the jumper wire while
the codes are coming out and it will erase everything.
Double check the plug and wires from the coil pack, maybe got a bad unit
again?
I would change the temp sender before doing anything else and maybe the
thermostat if you are there. Pretty cheap and easy to do. Just don't break
the studs on the water outlet! They don't need much force.
