I meant to send that to the list, so they could amend it if necessary.  You will be
getting premium quality parts with Josh Teixera.  The full kit (not the 219 dollar
one) includes the ceramic throw out bearing that hopefully will allow your new
clutch to last the rest of the life of your car, as long as you don't drag race it
every day.  That bearing is expensive, because it is a special modification of the
latest version of the Ford factory bearing, which is supposed to not eat the
pressure plate fingers away, which is what fails on most of our clutches up to now. 
The earlier versions tended to lock up and scrape away the fingers, while the
ceramic internals of this one will not lock up.
