[Shotimes] one more question about 0 degrees BTDC

Remenber, the TIMING GEAR's dimple should be at 5 o'clock at TDC

The woodruf key should be at around 11 o'clock

The WHITE mark on the DAMPENER should be at the 0 TDC mark on the lower
timing cover.
