That means that every dimension has been double checked to 
match the "blueprint" of what it should be.

Every production motor is a compromise to some degree.  you 
have tolerances that result in some motors being loose, 
others tight and some just right.  A blueprinted motor is 
theoretically perfect in every dimension.
