These can be purchased from www.autozone.com for 72 bucks plus shipping.

While you are in there, you should strongly consider checking and adjusting
the valve clearances.

Paul has given the correct part number and is absolutely correct in that the
3.0 and 3.2 use SHO engines use the same set.
