[Shotimes] IAC voltage questions

Had the same issue with mine and also could not make sense of voltage
signals. Wondering if there is a wire that chafs? or a connector that's
loose? This wire goes thru a connector or two on the back valve cover. I
Traced it there. Let me know if you find a solution.
