[Shotimes] OT Sniper in a 1990 Caprice?

Yeah, the Caprice was available since the early/mid 80's.  Don't know about
the 172mph Police Package Caprice Marlene was talking about...  All the
one's I have seen topped out about 120 to 125 with light bar, usually 10mph
higher than a comparable Police Intercepter Crown Vic.
