Hi,
I've been out of the SHO loophole for quite some time now, so I don't really
know the value of my SHO.

I am the original owner of my SHO, which I purchased new in 1991. It remained
totally stock up until about 65,000 miles, after which I had the necessary
60,000 mile maintenance performed by a dealer in New Jersey, Pistilli Ford.

After the 65,000 miles and after the warranty had expired, I performed
modifications which I felt would have provided it with the life force it was
meant to have, and included:
    Stainless steel SHO Shop Y-pipe
70MM MAF Sensor with the 5.0 meter
Aluminized exhaust system with Edelbrock RPM mufflers
Underdrive pulleys (for efficient highway driving)
LPM, I believe programmed by Ted Breaux
    Magnecor Wires
1996 SHO Brake Upgrade (to 11.6 inches)
    Stainless Steel Brake lines
    Solid motor mounts
All suspension pieces either urethane or polyurethane. I had the sway
bars built up with another compound (Delrin), but they wore out real quick and
rattled, so they were replaced with urethane
    Eibach springs
    Tokico Struts
Centerforce Clutch (either that or the poor stock replacement)
I also had braces welded on to the underside to prevent body flex and that
works superbly; handling is predictable and crisp.
I also changed the oil and filter at the same time religiously, every 3,000
miles, and only used high quality synthetic 10W-30 (Mobil One) oil and only
92-98 octane fuel (primarily Sunoco).

I never raced the car, NEVER, but performed these modifications as the car was
driven ENTIRELY on the highway, so I wanted to get as much efficiency out of
it as possible, and that it did, providing me with an average of 28-30 miles
to the gallon on the highway at a steady speed of approximately 80 mph.

I also kept all of the original components in case I ever thought of reverting
it back to stock, including even the battery and the exhaust. I have the
orignal owners manual with all the components that went with it.

My SHO is the Emerald Green with Mocha interior, all the SHO Plus pieces, no
police grille, on a scale of 1-10, the exterior is about a 9.5. It has been
in storage, covered, for 5 years now, and started and warmed up once a month.
It also has only about 110,000 miles. It also has the stock factory
fiberglass hood. It has every single one of the SHO Plus options, including
keyless entry. It saddens me to see that the engine is beginning to show
collection of dust and fade (unavoidable).

I am thinking of selling it, but do not know what it could take on the
enthusiast market. It looks entirely stock, drives like stock, other than a
fuller exhaust note, that is entirely tolerable. I believe the tires on it
currently are the Dunlop SP4000AS's. For its age, it is still a quick car.

I fear mostly that I will not be able to find the time to bring it back to
life, as it is really a beautiful car that I took better care of than I did of
myself. I drove it for a day last week, and after washing and waxing it, was
not able to find a single scratch or a rust spot anywhere on it other than a
small dent on the rear trunk lid and the wing is cracked (Home Depot idiot
pickup truck incident), but barely noticeable. The paint is next to
immaculate.

What would I be able to get for it? Any ideas?

Thank you,
Roman Kaniuga
