Thick Air? Was: [Shotimes] Windshield Wipers

If the wipers were set on intermittent, then there's a good chance of them
creeping up.  I had it happen before in my '89, but I don't know if it was
because the wiper arm was worn or not. But best bet is though, not to go
100+ with the wipers on! :o)  If was raining enough for wipers why would you
be going 100+ anyways?  You must've been bored...
