[Shotimes] OT: Is PayPal ripping you off?

I noticed that some on this list have the 'GET $5 FROM PayPal" links.

I'm just curious, has anyone ever got the $5 referral bonus from them?

The reason I ask is because I used to promote that $5 per head deal on my
website. I checked my PayPal account and I have signed up over 90 users and
never got a dime. I called PayPal and they told me that none of the people I
signed up qualified because they didn't go through all of the steps for me
to get paid.

Anyone else been through this?
