Consider upgrading the fog lamps.  I did the PIAA 980 dual-bulb system.
980s give you both a yellow fog beam and a white driving beam with
appropriate patterns.  (fog:  low and wide; driving, narrow and way out
front.)  They are awesome.  They fit exactly in the spot where the OEM
lamps went and you end up with much, MUCH, better illumination.
