I'm sure Mark can answer the specifics way better than me..Just look at the
NMRA Real Street class.  The 5.0's have to run a stock cam and those guys
are running low 10's at 135+  ( I know it's not a SHO engine, just giving
you an example:) .   Just depends how much boost you throw at it.  Sure, an
aftermarket  set of cams will help but the stock cam surely won't stop you
from making insane amounts of power.
