[Shotimes] 92 Alternator in 91

I had heard that the switchover was supposed to be in 93 for the MTX. I
remember having to go out in the cold snow to look at my VIN to tell
Nick Chrimes when my car was built just to make sure that I got the
correct UDP's..

Yes, it should be the same.  They didn't change until the 93 ATX and the
'94 MTX.
