[Shotimes] Slight ticking from below intake

The valve shims are intended to be replaced at the adjustment interval, not
just checked.

The shims are made of a softer alloy and are intended to be sacrificed to
wear instead of the camshaft lobes.

Simply "checking" the lash is not enough to preserve the cam lobes.  A new
shim with new sacrificial material is what is needed to ensure the cams make
it to the next "adjustment" interval without scoring or other damaging wear.
